K-Communicate is an audio/video communication tool that uses the KCI-ID number for communicating. This means that the telephone number does not have to be know, but instead just the KCI-ID. With cellular phones, the telephone number is also an option too. When using a computer, or another type of handheld, then the KCI-ID will be required. The caller will initiate the call, and the recipient can choose whether to answer as an audio call, or as a video call. One will just need to select the K-Communicate App to initiate the call. This call will use data, and not minutes.
