K-Helper is a Remote Desktop app for any Kaldan computer, or phone. The connection can be to perform work on the device, or a red arrow can appear on the screen to allow the user to follow the instructions provided by the person helping. To remotely control the computer, there will be a popup asking permission. The person should deny any request unless they trust the source of the helping agent. A KCI-ID must be acquired in order to use this feature.
